Delete Your MyFxDiary Account

You can request deletion of your MyFxDiary account and associated data at any time.

Delete Your Account From the App

1. Open the MyFxDiary app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
6. Tap Delete Account.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following account-associated data will be deleted, where applicable:

• Account and profile information
• Trading journal and trade records
• P&L and analytics data associated with your account
• Personal preferences and settings
• Uploaded screenshots and attachments associated with your account
• Community and profile data associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or other legitimate business purposes.

Any retained data will be deleted when the applicable retention period expires.

Account Deletion Is Permanent

Deleting your MyFxDiary account is permanent. Once the deletion process is completed, your account and associated data cannot be restored.
