All trade data, notes, screenshots, and account balances displayed within MyFxDiary are entered manually by you or, where applicable, calculated automatically from the values you provide (such as entry price, exit price, and lot size). MyFxDiary does not independently verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of this self-reported data. Any analytics, calculations (including the Trading Calculator, Confidence Index, or Profit Factor), or insights generated from this data are only as accurate and reliable as the information you input.
5. No Broker or Custodial Relationship
MyFxDiary is not a stockbroker, futures commission merchant, currency exchange, cryptocurrency exchange, or custodian of funds. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your trading capital, brokerage account, or crypto wallet. Any MT5 account reference information you choose to save within the app is stored purely for your personal record-keeping and is not connected to, or capable of interacting with, your live broker account in any way.
6. AI Trading Coach Limitations
The AI Trading Coach is an automated feature powered by third-party AI technology (OpenAI) and is intended to help you reflect on your own logged trading data in a conversational format. Its responses are generated algorithmically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The AI Trading Coach does not have access to live market prices, does not monitor your live trading activity, and should never be treated as a substitute for professional financial advice.
