1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MyFxDiary. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyFxDiary website and Android application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MyFxDiary. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use MyFxDiary. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Nature of the Service

MyFxDiary is a digital trading journal platform designed to help traders record, organize, analyze, and reflect on their own trading activity across markets such as Forex, Crypto, Equities, and other instruments they choose to log.

MyFxDiary is not a broker, exchange, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold funds on your behalf, provide brokerage services, or connect to any live trading account to place or manage trades. Any MT5 account details you choose to save in the app are stored for your own reference and record-keeping only; MyFxDiary does not synchronize with, monitor, or interact with your actual broker account.

4. No Investment Advice

All features of MyFxDiary — including the Dashboard, Analytics, Calendar, Trading Journal, and the AI Trading Coach — are provided strictly for personal documentation, self-analysis, and educational purposes.

Nothing on MyFxDiary, including any statistic, insight, or response generated by the AI Trading Coach, constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. The AI Trading Coach generates responses based on the trade data you have logged and general knowledge; it does not have access to live market data and cannot predict future market performance.

You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trading or investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and MyFxDiary shall not be held liable for any financial gain or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

5. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the trade data, notes, and other information you enter into your journal. MyFxDiary is not responsible for decisions you make based on your own manually entered or interpreted data.
  • You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • MyFxDiary offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features (such as gallery uploads and extended limits). Free features remain available without payment.
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners, Razorpay and RazCrypto. MyFxDiary does not store your full card, UPI, or wallet credentials.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All payments are subject to our separate Refund Policy.

7. Referral Program

MyFxDiary offers an optional referral program allowing you to earn rewards by inviting other users. Reward amounts, eligibility criteria, and payout methods are determined by MyFxDiary and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. MyFxDiary reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the program.

8. Leaderboard and Public Visibility

MyFxDiary offers an optional public Leaderboard feature. Your name, profile photo, and trading statistics will only appear on the Leaderboard if you choose to enable this in your Profile Settings. You may disable Leaderboard visibility and control which individual statistics (P&L, win rate, trade count, etc.) are shown at any time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to MyFxDiary's systems, servers, or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
  • Upload any content (including trade notes, screenshots, or chat messages) that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's rights.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service in a way not intended for normal human use.
  • Attempt to manipulate the Referral or Leaderboard features through fake accounts, fraudulent trades, or other abusive practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, design, source code, and features of MyFxDiary are the intellectual property of MyFxDiary and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the trade data, notes, and screenshots you personally upload; by using the Service, you grant MyFxDiary a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google Firebase (authentication, notifications, crash reporting), Razorpay and RazCrypto (payments), Google Sign-In, and OpenAI (AI Trading Coach). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and policies. MyFxDiary is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep MyFxDiary available and reliable at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyFxDiary and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any analytics, calculations, or AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

15. Modifications to the Service and Terms

MyFxDiary reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our features, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 5.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
